Making a link into custom text

First of all, I wasn't sure where to post this, so I thought here would be good.

Ok what I want is to change the link http://www.hiveworkshop.com to Hive. What I mean is, lets say that I have a long, ugly-looking link and I want it to be one word(which I choose) but when I click on that one word I want it to take me to the place where that ugly looking link took me.

Sorry if it all sounds confusing, but I am not really sure how to express myself, anyway I hope you understand what I'm saying.

after you write the link you will have some text selected. there write Hive
