making a hard spell with triggers!

i am trying to make a spell that will be like this

i cast a spell that summons 7 tentacles.

i want the tentacles to suround my hero in a circle, and whenever the hero moves, to have the tentacles stay surrounded around him, whether they teleport instantly or move with him.. and have them still be able to attack, like a shield of tentacles...

how can i do this? someone help with trigger please. if you can write the trigger or make a small test map with it in it i will appreciate it alot.

Ues a periodic event to move the tentacles to the caster every .01 seconds.

wow like i didnt know that already. i posted here asking for specific not just vauge help. but i got it to work so thanks anyway
