Make the same sound play multiple times at once

How would I do this? Normally you have to wait until the sound is finished playing in order to play it again. My question is how do I play the same sound multiple times in quick succession? Is there also a way to automatically delete the sounds when there done playing but if I want to play them later, I can. Isn't this necessary to prevent leaks?
