Make poison (phoenix fire) able to kill.

How can you make phoenix fire able to kill enemies?

I am not sure if you are able to make it kill. Then you could trigger it to kill units on 1hp and with the debuff, but don't hand me up on it. From what I know/remember is it only normal poisons (passive) you can set to kill.

Basically, you can't make the buff kill units without trigger.
