I have not seen many cave terrains.I was thinking i should make one, so that there is more terrain of caves.Caves are very hard to make u have to make the Atmosphere right! Today is your lukcy day you are going to learn how to do it!

First of all, we wont use Blizzard cliffs. They are ugly, and not good looking for caves.

Very good tutorial.
But , you say what exactly to do , and I dont like it.
You should let players decide what they will do.
Not like "add cart here" .Its better : "If you want you can put some mining carts for better effect".

...Why... is there a fat purple cube? The cave is completely unnaturally flat, they're never so flat. That's why the mine cart bumps so much :p You might also want to change the lighting, the unnatural bluish green looks a bit more like a magic cave. And maybe place something around the stalagmites (whichever are the ones on the bottom), they look awkward. Otherwise, alright tutorial.
I'm just wondering, who recommended it/ why is it (recommended)?

Hmmm... personally I would add some more fog, the cave looks way to bright. Adding some lanterns would do the trick of creating the "dark, damp and scary" cave effect.
Anyways, good tutorial. +rep.

Import it into the WE or download the Ultimate Terraining map available at this site, it has many imported doodads.

But the underground dome is limited and looks ugly outside + doesn't fit in, so I will have to remove it => there won't be surrounding walls/ceiling => there won't be stalagmites => won't look so good =/

And, does this also work with barrens tileset?

nice work, looks great except for the height problem Belgarath mentioned. however, the cave wall model doesn't leave room for exits and its circular shape is awkward. would you say this tutorial is best for cinematics instead of playing?
