Magos on windows 7?

What could it do? I posted not long ago that unlike years ago, now when you download Magos it asks for some .dll file both on XP and Vista computers and you need to have it in order Magos to work. I haven't seen that years ago but when I have the .dll it works normally.
 
Magos War3 Model Editor works very fine for me, and I run Windows 7.
