Hello Hive!

For my map I needed archway models for creating a roof, however I don't want o have the pillars beneath the arch ways.
And, fool that I am, I believed I could easily remove the pillars using Mago's model editor... but... well....

So, as you can see in the picture, some weird, far stretched tendrils of archway still feel the need to be connected to the ground. How might I ever remove those? So I get just the two pillar tops and the archway?

I can, of course, start over if need. I literally only made two clicks to get to the point shown above.

Help much appreciated

For removing stuff, use rather Mdlvis ( I use both Magos and it at the same time, there is no ( a tool free in any manner, I think Gmax can do everything) tool being able to do all). There you can easily remove parts of a model.

I assume, having no greater knowledge about modeling, that there is something attached to something. Try removing the parts you would like to erase with Mdlvis, considering the following link, too.
