Magos' Editor, Particle Emitters and Visability!

Aight, so there I am, trying to add some particle emitters to my model. Moste (that's ancient english for "most") unfortunatly, I can't seem to find out how to make it only visable for certain animations! I open up the Particle Emitter properties, click on "Animated" for visabilty, and I get this "0: 1" nonsense. I'm guessing the former is a frame number, and the latter is an "Off/On." Problem is, I put...

Hoping I'd get frame 10-20 visable for the PEmitter, and the rest invisible. No dice. Help!
