iam not soooo happy with the execution.
this looks like a half finished work, cause it needs more highlights and some more details in some parts.
especially the gray parts at the feet, legs and the shield look really weird, try to make them look more metalic(try to make the reflections and highlights more realistic) mb add some details.
please make the skull on the wand less blurry.

all in all you had a great idea and concept. you just need some more work.

I like this very much, the face seems a bit blurry though. The only thing i think you should really improve is the weapon, evon though it might be hard to do more about it.

I like this model but I think it could be better if you based in on the "Grom" model instead, it looks more like an urukhai at moment he looks to orcish..
