Needs a tad of fog - just a tad - which is less than a dollop and a little more than a smidgen
If this is for a game it will work very well via the game cam. If this is going to be for pretty desktop pictures, then I would replace a few of the trees with customized larger versions.
Might want to toss in a few other kinds of fir as well, like the Cityscape summer tree and maybe even a few of the bluish winter trees (without snow) and one of two fall trees brown and dying. Leave a lot of the trees you have - just use a few other kinds to "spice up" the woodlands with a bit of diversity.
Perhaps along the road you might want to use a few dead versions (looking like they have been cut down to keep the road open) and a few stumps and fallen trunks. Use a customized super small tree wall (use the canopy tree pathing) along the edge of the forest, lighten the coloring a little on these to act as "seedlings". Mom Nature dislikes man's encroachment and is always trying to reclaim land that once was Her's. So new growth is always at the edge of forests as they try to grow back.
The lantern suggests that the road is tended and frequented by travelers. I would sink the road a tad depressing it into the surrounding ground as the track is worn from all of the traveling.
The bank by the river of a road like this would also be worn, perhaps a dead fire pit from a temporary camp by the edge of the stream. I know I would want to stop there and rest, perhaps have lunch or fish or something.....
Just ideas you do not have to use them.
