Looking for an old custom campaign

Years ago, I downloaded a custom campaign featuring a hero with Malfurion’s model. The story was about an elf-like race connected to water, with units like water elementals.

I’m trying to find this campaign again but haven’t been able to track it down. I only remember the first mission: you start by moving counterclockwise around the entire map, and the hero’s main ability was a powerful chain heal.

Any help identifying this campaign would be greatly appreciated!
