Loadingscreen REP+

I want to create custom loadingscreen. ok. my picture were 1024x768 i resized to 512x512 tga format converted to fullscreen.blp i imported LoadingScreen.mdx and fullscreen.blp i done everythin that needs. and puff!!1 when it loads my map my loading screen is upside down... whats wrong? rep+
