Loading screens and thumbnails *HELP

I'm currently making a map and id like to add a loading screen and a thumbnail image, I have the images ready I just need to know how to make them .blp format and add them towards my map!

Thanks! so you have made loading screens and thumbnails before ? Can you go into more detail with this so I know how to use that program? I never used it before.

So ok,

Preview is: .TGA file and is war3mapPreview.blp to replace the other name.

Map image is .TGA file and is war3mapMap.blp

in the correct sizes, then after that you can import them?

Well for some reason when I download war3 viewer and extract it, it wont let me theres an error so I'm not even sure if I can use that program...

It says windows cannot complete the extraction, the destination file could not be created?

Nevermind I opened it as administrator and it worked finally.. let me see if I can figure this thing out thanks man
