loading screen

okay in some games the loading screen is different than what it is suppose to be
like in swat its sideways instead of in the corner.
is that just the special picture or is there a special way you can do that?

Oh, well I don't know. I think it might be doable.. but.. It would be easier to just create a special loading screen than doing the research to figure out how is it doable or waiting for someone to tell you then actually do the whole stuff. So I suggest you to just make a special loading image.
