What diminsions do i have to have for a loding screen to appear in warcraft 3. What editor should i use to chenge theses diminsions

I tried every program i could including Warcraft 3 Model Editor and it still don't work. Could someone just change the attached file and upload the changed on please.

Buy what? You don't need to buy anything and if you can't make that loading screen yourself then that means you didn't read the tutorial profusely.

I did read the tutorial but i do not have the ULEAD photo impact so i can not make the LOADING SCREEN

ROFL. This is just SAD. All you need to do is get war3modeleditor, open the texture, then go to texture manager, right click, export, save as BLP, then use Create Loading Screen feature. Seriously, people should try to do things before asking questions as stupid as this.
