Loading Screen

Hey guys, I am trying to make a custom loading screen but everytime i download a program to use ''war3 model editor'', etc. my laptop refuses to open it and so on

Can someone please do it for me? I have the image I want.

You don't need a model editor. Just overwrite existing textures like shown here: Photoshop Loading Screen Template
