Loading Screen

Hey, i just recently started making maps, and ive decided i am going to make a good one... lol.. but anyways.. my problem is that i cant figure out how i get a Pictures in my loading screen, ive tried using paint, that didnt work as expected, and ive tryed change its path in import manager, and i just cant seem to work it out.
Please help! =)
