Editor UI issues

This may be a resolution issue? Ive tried running at 4k and 1080p but it seems the issue remains. I took a screen shot of my problem. It has rendered the editor almost unusable since many menus are impossible to use. I cant change the menu sizes. Even when the editor loads the blizzard icon with info about the editor is all messed up. Ive searched around on the forum and tried a couple things but no success.

That is exactly what i tried it fixed the scaling but the menus were still buggy, actually more buggy. I had to reinstall to fix now it. Its working now.
