I'm trying to get a custom loading screen to work, but it just won't.

At first, I followed http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/2d-art-tutorials-281/custom-loading-screen-tutorial-v1-5-a-7927/ and separated the picture into 4 pieces, then imported them along with the loadingscreen.mdx. They all have the proper file paths, however when I load the map to test if the screen works, it's black. I've switched our .mdx's, re-imported, but I can't get it to work.

So, then I decided that I would just convert the whole picture into a .blp and try that, however when I try to convert the .TGA into the .blp with WC3Viewer, the .blp comes out with 0 file size. The .TGA from which I'm converting is 2.2MB >.>

Any reason why it's failing so bad?
