is there any way to change this text?

No, Day-Elven, you can't change the loading screen text that way. You would have to make a custom loading screen and hide the text. This might be useful.

Make sure you tick "Use custom gameplay constants"

Correctly, just change the waiting part either to nothing, or to your message, such as "Wait for teh nubs with slow computah's".

go to Advanced >> Gameplay Constants >> (here look for the text "wating for other player" and change it to whateva you want )

Yes, as Restor said, there is no such thing as the option Text - General - "WAITING FOR OTHER PLAYERS". Maybe you guys can tell where it is located...? Like the option above it and below it.
