Loading Screen problem

I has been making an .jpg picture and make it as an loading screen via WEU (coz I don't know how to do this) but the loading screen just give an blank window, I tried everything I know to finish the problem but it's not yet finished so I share the problem here...

The loading screen only run once...

EDIT: I just try help some1 is map for request an ability fix and guess what?? The loadingScreen also disabled and the map preview morph into mine... I never edit these maps except the skills before

EDIT 2: It even make all icon unreadable, is the problem with my WEU??

Have you tried following a tutorial that works in WE? I'd reccomend it!
