Loading Hero Problems

-1. I downloaded the latest version.
-2. Then I created a new character.
-3. Played some time and got to level 13 in multiplayer
----- Yes it was with players not bots.
----- I am sure I didn't used any wrong settings at all.
-4. When I saved I got my code
----- 123aB-123aB-123aB-123aB-123aB-123aB-123aB-123aB-123aB-123aB-123aB (<-- Just a made code not mine)
-5. Then I tired to load it, in multiplayer.
-6. I used the code with the "-"s and without them.
-7. I can not load my character.

Questions:

Shall I load my character using "-" or without?

Is there anything wrong with how I have done things, in step 1-7?

They are called hyphens, lol.

...And yes, you should use them in your code.

I don't know, you probably made a mistake in the code. Also, know that codes are name-dependent.
