Loading Hero Disconnect

hi there guyz i would like too ask anyone here facing this problem im playing on Garena when i put in my save code and enter it will automatic Disconnected.

Even if i Host when i load i wont Disconnect but other players will.

Please Help me i wanted too play this game so much with my friend T_T
