Loading a multiplayer game

We have played a game on Battlenet (Sunken City) and saved it to complete later, but the loading feature on Battlenet seems not to work. When I pressed the load button everything just greyed out and nothing happened. I tried it with different maps and its all the same.

What are we supposed to do?
