i convertet the skin to .bmp so i can simply edit it in paint but when i was done and get it on the model then all those black and white and the textures could now sees on the model,Help -.-
You need to use warcraft 3 viewer or some similar program to convert the bmp back into a tga and then convert the tga into a blp before it will work on the model. You can only use .blp's on it, cant leave it in bmp.
Paint doesn't support alpha channels
Therefore, you need another program
And do not use WoW exports, as I can see one of Illidan's glaives on that model
Photoshop. Or if you want a good free one just google GIMP. Its free and handles targa images which support alpha channels. By the way, there is an edit button at bottom of your posts that you can use to add onto what you said before so you dont have to double post.
WHAddya mean paint doesnt support alpha channels? If your talking about regular paint then yea, but PAINT.NET does if you convert the texture through WC3Modler from blp to tga and open it in PAINT.NET
WC3 modler by magos and PAINT.NET can be found and downlowded in the TOOLS section of the HIVE.
