List vs Group enum

Which is faster? I can guess group takes more memory, but to pick between Anitarf's Stack and the ForGroup(), which is faster? I'd use GetIndexUnit() to turn the integer into unit for the list enum.

what are you doing with it? More information would be helpful.
I'm planning to use lists on an example you gave me in ur VM:
But if you're going to make a custom buff or custom attack system then you need a list to attach buffs to a units and a list attached to a unit that lists units attacking it.
