Is developing maps for wc3 technically commercial? I mean, i'm not making any money, but blizzard are earning money.
My example, i find this incredible low-poly model on a site such as sketch-fab. It has a non-commercial lisence. Am i allowed to use it under that lisences?
Initially I thought I would be, afterall, the project will not earn any money whatsoever. Then I realized, but it will. Blizzard earns money for having a diverse section of good maps available, and warcraft 3 is wholly a commercial enterprise.
