Third-Party IP Ban Protection

I know this subject doesnt completely follow the general topic of this forum, but maybe you guys could help, lately there have been some real... not very nice people who's fathers hate them, using third party programs to I.P. Ban some of me and my friends for no reason. I was wondering if there was a tool, or another third party program that would stop these guys from using them, I'm not saying I want to stop Blizzard from banning me, just these.... people. Any ideas, advice or help?
