I remember that at some point it was possible to enter some values in object editor, while holding some button/button combination. The resulting value would not be reset to any given maximum.

Either my memory is faulty, or maybe there is a need for some mod there, but I can't for life of me find out how I've done it before.

^^^ Correct

However, as far as I know there are some values that are forced to a maximum value. An example is the movement speed of a unit. The maximum value will be what you set it to in the Gameplay Constants. However, there you cannot increase it above 522.

i increased to 4000 :D but idk if work but atleast in gameplay constant show 4000
