Lightning Shield Attachemnt Problem

I created a spell based on permanent immolation to create... well just a permanent lightning shield.
But now u have the problem that the "chest" attachment on the buff doesnt show the lightning shield at the chest but at the head.
I tried other attachments to:
Orgin just doesnt show the lightning shield at all
head is just head
overhead is just overhead
I am confused why chest also shows the lightning shield buff at the head. Any ideas to fix this?
