[General] light up unit

Ok, I applied it like this
  • Special Effect - Create a special effect attached to the head of (Target unit of ability being cast) using war3mapImported\LightningSphere_FX.mdx
Now, a sphere does not apear on the head of the target, BUT I see it works on the caster if the target is event response - attacked unit xD
