[General] Level of creeps

Greetings,
I changed the level of creeps using shift to like 50 or 99
but in game, they cannot show beyond level50 and level 99 would become like level49
anyone knows how to fix it? thanks a lot

check Advanced - gameplay constants - unit maximum level at the very bottom
