Instruments are already a pain to buy, being left handed just makes it worse. I've had a slight interest with the banjo lately and I'm considering buying one but I saw online that they sell "left handed banjos." Looking at the instrument, most look completely symmetrical (as opposed to like a guitar in which the bridge and body is made specifically to be played right handed unless you buy a special left handed one) with the bridge perpendicular to the strings. If you just restring it, can any banjo be a left handed banjo (I'm hoping someone here has some banjo knowledge)?
