Lag Reduction Techniques and Help

Well I noticed a thread similar to this one recently posted, but it was extremely vague. I also think that this one might even solve the other one.

I currently am aware that in order to better reduce lag, you can destroy triggers after their use (an action accessible through WEU), avoid same interval periodic triggers (periodic triggers going off at same time), lower doodad count, and use smaller views (adjust camera to show less on each screen)...but I need more ideas.

Right now, my map doesn't lag very bad, but in the case of large battles in can get nasty.

Does anyone know of any other techniques to reduce?
