Kodo Escape - Error

Either I'm incredibly dumb, or a very significant error in Stage 2 of the map "Kodo Escape" makes the game impossible to win.
Can someone confirm that this is, indeed, a bug?

A lot of custom maps are impossible to win, mainly because of lack of proper play testing before release. Don't be suprised...

if you read his post well, it states that it is very much possible, yet not confirmed in this particular case.
