Knock up and back

[Deep Sea Kraken]

I need a spell, that will knock an enemy backwards for a distance of 500, and knock them upwards to 250 hieght, then the come back down.

So, they would reach the 250 hieght at about 100 distance out, then fall back down over the rest of the 400 distance out.

If there is a spell pack that has this, I apologise, but I've never been able to find anything in the spell packs -.-
