Kite Shield

This kite shield is nice, the textures work well - I'd like to use it for my project however the paint on the shield is always yellow so it'd be confusing with player colors - could you upload a Team Colored variant?

I know, but since this is a Diablo 2 recreation, I had to name it like they did. Their kite shield is instead named "gothic shield": http://www.d2tomb.com/images/items/gothicshield.gif

Yes, when I first played Diablo I , I thought those were Kite shields but turns out I was wrong. I do wonder why they changed their name and from when exactly did they start to be called kite shields.

I was, a long time ago, but I saw how much work that would be and I scrapped it. I still have much of the Act I terrain though, if anyone is interested
Now I just make these out of nostalgia and because they actually look pretty nice. Diablo 2 has always been a favorite of mine.

Nice - too bad about that. I almost did that for my project. Maybe one day you'll revisit it or someone else will pick it up.
I saw a D3 remake in the maps section but it looks like its production went inactive.

IMHO Hive definetly needs some simple yet practical models like this one. Diversity is a great thing and we already have tons of over-fantasy stuff (I'm not bashing it tho), it's pleasurable to see as beatutiful shield as yours, very useful.
