Icon Editor (I use WOW icon pack so i dont really need one but having one handy is always nice)

Someone who knows how to reduce map size big time!

Honestly, good luck getting dedicated help from a downloads-oriented website without posting substantial information and screenshots of the work that you've done on your map already.
