Hi there! You need to wake people's interest. You could mention the game type, make some statements about the content and show some screenshots of an WIP, if exists.
If you only need single system/spell(s), you also could try to make a request for it. Example:

The names imply spell, but general systems that are needed can easily be imported, because they already exist. And if you request just a simple jass system the thread-owner also maybe take it.
