Japanese Keyboard/MS IME problem

I started to learn Japanese some time ago and I had to set my keyboard layout to Japanese with Microsoft IME for kana and kanji.
Everything was fine untill something changed.
It was possible to change from Hiragana input to Romaji with Caps Lock + Shift
but something happened and it got changed... I can use Caps Lock + Shift to access the Hiragana input but when I press it again instead of Romaji input i get this kind of letters : " ｌｅｔｔｅｒｓ　"
So I have to click it manually...

the selected option is the wrong one, I need the last one...
From Hiragana (ひらがな） to Romaji (Like this)
and not from Hiragana (ひらがな）　ｔｏ　ｔｈｉｓ．．．
It wouldn't be a problem if the whole settings for Microsoft IME were not Japanese... I guess there aren't many people who know the solution. I tried to fix it without success...

Tried clicking random buttons and then reversing them back, didn't help.
Well if the settings would be written fully in Hiragana I could translate it.
