Items of some consequnce bug

I had this in my quest log about 10 levels ago, but I abandoned it to make room for other quests and now I can’t accept it from Tyrion anymore. Any ideas how to fix this? As I’d really like to get Seal of Wrynn on my warrior, any help is greatly appreciated!
