Item Removing Problem

• Neutral Building - Remove Upgrade from Triggering Unit

Why does this simply action does not work? I have a unit with that item and the event will be triggered, but the item simply won't be removed from the shop.
Do I need a NEUTRAL structure or does it not care?

Unit Data:

Spells: Sell items, Buy items, Unvulnerable, Permanently Invisibly, Chose Hero
Owner: Players 1-8

Please help! :/

nope

it doesnt matter if the unit is neutral or not.

Firstly its remove item and not remove upgrade.
Secendly it should be set as remove upgrade from selling unit(optional)
The unit also needs the ability sell items to be affected by this trigger.

I have the sell ability
The items name is Upgrade ITS AN ITEM.

I think that Upgrade is the name of the item...

If all else fails, you can do what DotA does: Order the unit to drop the item. Then you can get a dummy unit to pick it up and remove the item from the dummy. If all else fails, destroy the dropped item.

That trigger only works for non-customized, pre-placed Marketplaces on the map, I think.
What kind of building is that you have there?

Custom one custom player non neutral not build its an unit but has sells items ability. How else can I remove the item from the unit?

Well, a quote from AceHart might help:

Removing items from shops only works on items that also got added by trigger.
It also tends to work better if the shop is not owned by Neutral Passive.
Try Neutral Extra, with some alliance changes.

You could try making them owned by a different player, but it must be the original shop/marketplace. Not a custom one.
At least, that's what I understand....
