[Solved] Item penalty stats

This is a rather simple question; is there any way to give an item a negative stat bonus/penalty? Is there a working ability I can base it off on?

Item Hero Stat Loss (-X)

How can I make an item that does the opposite of a bonus, it gives a penalty to the holder? How can I make items that give bonuses to one stat but penalties to the others?
