Item disappear

Well I have my map and i have costumed a hero, ability, This hero has a costumed Metamorphosis ability that turns the hero to a Dragon, and sometime when the hero activates the ability, some items of the hero disappear.. Could Someone help me.

Is the dragon a hero also, does it have 6 slot inventory?

No..The hero is a Captain model. And when metamorphosis is activated, some items disappear. Of course the hero have six slots. My costumed dragon is a dragon model only but from a costumed hero. Then why does some items disappear?

try to make a new hero based on the demon hunter, and the dragon based on the morphed demon hunter. then, just change the fields of the metamorphosis ability and see if it works! hope this helps...

EDIT: of course, you can still change the model of the demon hunter to a captain
