Item cooldowns when purchased

Hope I can explain my problem in English.
What I need is:

When a unit purchase an item, the item's cooldown must start to refill, so it cannot be used immediately when purchased. (If it is an active item with cooldown of course)

Can anyone please send me a GUI or JASS example please? (I don't think it is possible in GUI however..)
 
Maybe... Give it to another unit as soon as it is bought and have that unit use it. Then send it back to the unit that bought it... But that wouldnt really work very great with Charged items, with those you could set the charges +1 before you use. And items that req targets wouldnt work great either...

But you could use it on items that do things like warstomp or dummyspells. Just make sure the triggers know not to work if the unit you sent the item to is the one that casts the spell.

Ehh I suggest using PurplePoot's but I dont know how you would accomplish that...

I 've completed a system right now. Damn I've encountered many world editor bugs but I've just done it after hours of working. (No JASS needed). No effect dummy items are instantly used (through triggers, use when acquired option doesnt work) when purchased and replaced with original ones (with shared cooldown). It is really not that easy as it sounds, as it is really complex... anyway thank you all.
