[Trigger] Issue Order

I changed the ability the non-custom item "Wand of illusion" has to a unit ability. But i cant find, under unit issue order targeting unit, an action that has this spells as the order. Is there any way to do this, possibly with jass/gui custom script?

I think there's an action like 'Use item', under Hero cathegory (not under Unit). But take a look at Spells & Systems Contest #2, and check out how they did it.
