So... once i wanted to do some pretty Doing to heros by adding those orb like things to them that bloodmage has BUT they didn't appear...
Why and is it possible to add them? Without modeling ETC. Only World edittor...

I dont think the orbs are a effect they are a part of the model.
I guess you could trigger it if you got a orb model tho.

They are not part of the bloodmage model, they are separated.
Reason why they show only on bloodmage is because he is only hero with such attachment points on which that orbs appear, if you want to add orbs you will need to change string of attackment points, but probably this models(orbs) will not move.
So if you are begginer in modeling I think this would be hard job for you to do.

For clarity, the blood mage has invisible attachment points that circle around his head. I don't know of any other model having them, so strictly speaking it's not possible.
Then again it might be possible to add them. Perhaps it's even easy.

The process of creating a dynamic attachment is very similar, except you must right-click on an existing bone, you wish the attachment to follow.

It relies on an existing moving bone to create moving attachments. So if the model has no bone that moves like that of the blood mage's, then you need to add bones to the model and animate it...

and I've seen no other model that has the same rotating bones (used as the sprite attachment points) than the blood mage model...
