Is there some kind of reverse teleport spell?

Is there an ability in WC3 that teleports a target unit next to you?
Similar to mass teleport, but instead you teleport a unit to you instead of teleporting units to another place.

The Amulet of Recall item teleports units within the targeted area to the location of the Hero when used.

Amulet of Recall is instantaneous, if you want one that takes time, diamond of summoning turns the units into missiles that have to travel to the location of the caster.
