Is there any way to remove the food bar?

I'm trying to make something similar to DotA, and I'm not using the food or it's bar, is there any way to remove it or to replace it, for example, with timer?

Yes, you can open the Game Interface menu and modify all of these files:

Additionally, you can use Custom UI Frames (on version 1.31+) to customize the UI to just about anything you want.

Here's a demo map that hides the Food text and replaces it with a custom Game Timer.

It was made using the latest patch, if you aren't up to date then you can't open it. However, if you're on at least 1.31 then I could upload the triggers/code for you to recreate if you'd like.
