is there any place where i can download 3ds patches

i live in norway where the new 3ds can not go online because it is not compatible with norwegian routers. there is games that can be patched but i need some other solution than going online with the 3ds as that broke one of my routers. is there any area where i can download the patches? can they be run from sd cards?

The Nintendo eShop is officially available in 28 countries including Norway, according to Wikipedia. Therefore, I would expect Norwegian routers to be supported.

I did not answer any of your questions, because of the above.

You might want to check your router settings, by using the info provided by Nintendo.

There is probably no official way(took 2 minute of search to get this info), but have you tried googling "offline 3ds updating" yourself? Of course you didn't.

i never use google. the router that broke i managed to switch for a better one but still no 3ds support. i am terrible at searching so while i rarely find what i am looking for, other people finds it easily. is there any area where i can download 3ds patches?

Consider attaching a wireless relay which is compatible with the 3DS to your Norwegian router. It should be able to be attached to one of the Ethernet ports.
